On average, it'll take 7-12 days for orders to arrive, depending on your location. Please allow 1-3 days for us to make your order and sent it out. (Note: It may take slightly longer than 1-3 days during the Holiday Season, as demand is higher)

Our eternal roses are specially preserved using a meticulous process that replaces the natural moisture within the petals, allowing them to maintain their exquisite beauty and texture over an extended period. On average, you can expect our eternal roses to last for a minimum of 2 to 3 years. However, with proper care and attention, their lifespan can be significantly extended.While our eternal roses are designed to be virtually maintenance-free, creating an ideal environment for them can greatly enhance their longevity. Placing them in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity is key to preserving their vibrancy. While they do not require watering or other upkeep, occasional dusting with a soft brush or compressed air can help maintain their appearance.
Here are some tips to keeping your eternal roses in good condition for longer:
-1. Keep it out of direct sunlight: It's best to keep your eternal rose in a cool, shaded area of your home.
-2.Avoid exposure to moisture: Water can cause the petals of the rose to become discolored or even moldy. Keep your eternal rose away from humid areas, and do not attempt to water it.
-3. Handle it gently: While an eternal rose is sturdy, it can still be damaged if handled roughly. Avoid touching the petals or stem too much, and be careful when moving it from place to place.
-4. Keep it in the display case: An eternal rose can be kept in a display case （with the top on） to protect it from dust and other environmental factors.
